Joe Cruz is a Ph.D. candidate in Mass Communications at the Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications at The Pennsylvania State University. Cruz is the current research assistant of the Don Davis Program in Ethical Leadership and a previous Corporate Communications Fellow at Johnson & Johnson. He has published and presented about video technologies and civic engagement, and ideology in popular culture.
