Malik Gaines
MALIK GAINES is a writer and performer based in LA. He has written for numerous publications including Artforum and Frieze, and performs with his musical group, My Barbarian, which has done recent projects at Participant, Inc. in NYC, The Power Plant in Toronto, and the UCLA Hammer Museum in Los Angeles. Gaines teaches writing at the University of California Irvine.
